Return Policy
Notify Paton Enterprises within 3 days of delivery of the merchandise if you should encounter any problems with your order.
Damaged returns and/or items received in error may be returned for exchange, store credit or credit to your credit card within a 30 day period from receipt of your order. Call or e-mail for approval prior to shipping.
Requests for returns other than those mentioned above are subject to approval by Paton Enterprises. There is a 25% handling charge on approved returns, and a 35% handling charge on unapproved returns, or returns received without prior approval. The handling fee is assessed to help defray the costs associated with receipt, processing, inspection, repackaging, and paperwork processing to provide the credit and reenter into the inventory system.
An invoice must accompany the return in order to assure proper handling and credit. The return should be sent to:

Backorder Policy
While we try very hard to remove out of stock items from our site as they occur, sometimes it becomes necessary to backorder an item. When this happens, we will e-mail the customer to let them know and give them a chance to cancel their order.
Shipping Policies
Shipping is via UPS and the costs are:
$8.00 for the first item
$12.00 for 2 items.
$18.00 for 3 items.
Damaged Goods Policy
Return for credit within 3 business days for credit to your credit card or a replacement bag. Please call us for a return authorization.
No shipping charges on orders greater than $100.00
